1. The teacher’s voice volume has a huge impact in giving an instruction because, the louder
the voice the more the students will awake because they can hear it clearly. If the voice is
low and kind a bit sweet on the ears of the students, they will most likely to feel sleepy or
even bored because it does not get their attention. These two types of the teacher’s voice
can either exceed the other noise from the outside or the noise from the outside is louder
than the teacher’s voice.
2. Teachers are the second parents of the students inside the classroom; Therefore, they look
up to them as their model whom they base their actions and perspectives. By that,
punctuality of the teacher is very important because when the students observes that the
teacher is always late, then he/she will also practice this routine for he/she believes that it
is alright because teacher also do it.
3. As a responsible teacher, we do really need to think about the physical aspects of
classroom management because we need to put things organized, and in order for the
pupil’s to easily pin point what are they finding. For example, they need to throw their
garbage, instead of asking the teacher if they can go out to throw the garbage, the teacher
will put some trash bins at the back part of the classroom. So that, the students will just
throw them right away which gives him/her less hassle.

1. As a future teacher, the given statement for me means that applying discipline and
organizing the classroom effectively is a great contributor to the students. Instructions are
useless for the class if the teacher itself do not know how to implement it properly inside
the classroom. Also, when the teacher shows sincerity to the class, the students will really
put their attention to their behavior.
2. My plans in ensuring effective classroom management is to always remind them and
show them that I as their teacher has the authority to decide and make them follow the
rules that I have implemented for their sake,

1. There are seven strategies that our resource teacher has employed to contribute to the
better classroom management which helps him to properly organize his classroom well
during their homeroom period and subject periods. Before transferring to one classroom
to another, he always ensures to remind the pupils about the rules that they have to follow
all the time and to do their duties for those students who has been assigned.
2. There are three strategies that were not used by the resource teacher and those are also
important for the betterment of classroom management. But I think that our resource
teacher opted not to let the pupils get used to it like, refrain from punishing the class. For
a reason that, Grade 1 pupils should be disciplined well because their attitude are not that
really good to the point that they already show how high their reasoning skills at all
times.

1. The classroom strategies that I should apply in the future to address the different types of
learners is it always depends on my observation of their attitude and performance inside
the classroom. There will be a problem if I apply right away a fixed classroom
management to the pupils without knowing who they really are. Therefore, for the meant
time I will use a differentiated instructions to them for me to tell where they really are
excels and what conditions should I apply to get their attention.
