01 Stop operation on the machine after break down.
02 Inform Supervisor about nature and Cause of break down.

03 Attend the work as per instruction given by Supervisor with reference to Break Down
Break Down Maintenance Register. Maintenance

04 Record the break down parameters, action taken in the B/D Register and
also mention machine break down (idle) time on Break Down Maintenance
Register.
05 Clean the machine and the surrounding area of the machine after
completion of maintenance work.
06 Keep cleaned tools, instruments accessories in its original place.

07 Hand over the machine/equipment along with the Break Down

Maintenance Register with your remarks on it to Supervisor.
