Sugar - 0.25 cup Light Corn Syrup - 0.5 cup
Method
1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and water.
3. As the sugar is dissolved, cook without stirring to 236°F (soft ball). Then remove from heat.
5. Shape the cooled coconut mixture into 1" balls. Flatten their bottoms.
6. Top each ball with a toasted almond. Chill at least for 1 hour. Dip in melted chocolate.
7. Serve immediately!
