PT. Hengsheng New Energy Material Indonesia is

a foreign investment company in the form of a
joint venture between private companies under
the laws of Republic of Indonesia. The
Shareholders consist of Hainan Recycore New
Energy Co. Ltd., Huadi Investment Group and
Zoomwe Hongkong New Energy Technology Co.
Ltd.

With a goal to become a manufacturer with

world-class operating standards, PT. Hengsheng
New Energy Material Indonesia is confident that
it will provide added value for Indonesia with a
long and sustainable business, developing high-
competence local resources, prioritizing worker
safety, environment and community
empowerment. This is in accordance with the
efforts and supports the concept of
downstreaming mandated by the Government of
Indonesia through Law No. 4 of 2009 on Mineral
and Coal Mining as amended by Law No. 3 of
2020 on Amendments to Law No. 4 of 2009
concerning Mineral and Coal Mining.
