→ However, Folow email from Mr. Hideki Takayasu ( Date : 29/Sep)
have an another idea for scrap : Hailiang Vietnam receives the scrap at
DAV after DAV weights and informs LHCT the quantity.

Note :
- Coil no. 8 & 9 scrap 1st class and then DAV use class 2 & 3
- At attached file , have coils that DAV has used. NG quantity of copper
tuber due to the improper packing method and dimension NG also
included ( DAV already scrap )
