Personnel evacuation test in CPPE bechr's camp
2. The purpose of this test drill was to:
To check efficiency of the emergency response plan
To check awareness, response and actions of the employees in case of evacuation.
-To check the response and coordination of all emergency team
-To familiarize employees with emergency cases.
To ensure fast, organized and smooth evacuation by all concerned parties during emergencies.
To test the working conditions and the method and the possibility of evacuation on scaffolding inside the FWT.
To check alarm camp system

LESSONS LEARNED/ OBESERVATIONS MADE:

Positive observation:

The Drill was a very good opportunity to identify the difficulties we can face in similar case .
The emergency response Plan and the responsibilities of the evacuation team was undestood by the supervisors .
Negative observation:
The alarm sound installed in the guardian cabinet is too low
The alarm installed near the restaurant is not functionning .
9 employees did not response to the evacuation alarm due to non hearing the alarm for the management personnel and lack of awareness for the other employees .

ACTION PLAN :
ACTIONS CONCERNED FOLLOW UP

To provide and install adequate alarm speakers in order to reach all camp parts CPPE site logistic HSSE Site Coordinator

To conduct an awareness session for all employess regarding Emergency response plan and
assign responsibilities in any emergency situation . HSE Site Coordinator HSE Manager

Emergency contact to be communicated to all workforce via TBT's and to be displayed on the
HSE Site Coordinator HSE Manager
camp .
