Half face / hood masks are mandatory for all individuals to carry with them at every location of the plant at all times
respective masks to be carried by personnel with easy access to donning

2 Obtain the work permit H

- Contractor are required to adhere EPCL safety policies and get there manpower aware of safety procedure of EPCL. Tool box

- Contractors are required to bring skilled workforce and follow EPCL safety, work permit/scaffolding procedure.
Skill certification protocol for welders, Rigger, Pipe Fitter, Fabricators. electrician must be ensured.
All workers interview should be done by the Contractor & Only skilled persons will be allowed to do the work at site.
All vehicle, crane/equipment should be inspected & certified as per EPCL procedure before allowing to work at site. (Daily
Inspection checklist of Crane/Electrical and welding machine to be filled)
Third party inspection certificate of all rigging tools and equipment to be shared with EPCL.
All the manpower of the contractor must be gone through the HSE orientation
Approved JSA training shall be conducted for all contractor work force.

- Sub-standard electrical equipments leading to Ensure all personnel are inducted, trained & skilled. Detail HSE Orientation must be conducted, manpower must be screened by
injury and electrical shocks. the contractor and skill evaluation must be done. All Skilled manpower shall be certified by the EPCL Project Expansion/ HSE.
Age limit for helper will be 21 year and for craft workers will be 23 years.

In Hot Weather Condition ensure that Cold Water is readily available for workers & adequate shelter is available for workers.
Ensure periodic rest for workers
Ensure concrete mixer truck and pump truck shall have valid inspection sticker from the contrctor.
Valid driving license must be ensure for all drivers of the trucks, excavators and dumpers.
All vehicles must be inspected before entry at site and as well as on daily basis.
Defective tools shall be removed from area immediately
Ensure safe distance (10m) between vehicles and flagman during escorting to /from job site while traveling
Ensure flagman is available and wear color high visible vest.
Ensure concrete pump and mixer truck/boom truck reverse horn is functioning while reversing.
Driver shall keep eye contact with flag man and only follow flagman’s signal.
Ensure to obtain a vehicle entry certificate, and work permit prior to entry into the job site.
Concrete mixer truck and pump truck shall be escorted as per the work permit route map.
Follow the EPCL traffic rules and regulations.
