• Temp monitoring will be done on daily basis, use of surgical masks is mandatory.
• Social distancing will be followed where applicable, during job manpower will be at a distance of 6 ft.
• Surgical mask will be disposed off properly in the designated bins/drums.

1 COVID 19 Protocols: Pandemic (Illness) H
• Social distancing will be followed In rest areas and during meal serving.
• At least two access shall be available for all scaffolding and temporary elevated platforms to facilitate the evacuation.

Ensure concrete mixer truck and pump truck shall have valid inspection sticker from the contrctor.
Valid driving license must be ensure for all drivers of the trucks, excavators and dumpers.
All vehicles must be inspected before entry at site and as well as on daily basis.
Defective tools shall be removed from area immediately
Ensure safe distance (10m) between vehicles and flagman during escorting to /from job site while traveling
Ensure flagman is available and wear color high visible vest.
Ensure concrete pump and mixer truck/boom truck reverse horn is functioning while reversing.
Driver shall keep eye contact with flag man and only follow flagman’s signal.
Ensure to obtain a vehicle entry certificate, and work permit prior to entry into the job site.
Concrete mixer truck and pump truck shall be escorted as per the work permit route map.
Follow the EPCL traffic rules and regulations.

Approval from EPCL l will be sought for underground cables verification.
Provide hard barricade 1.5m away from excavation around excavation and provide and display signs.
Restrict entry by authorized personnel only.
Ensure excavated soil and any other material stored at least 2 m away from edge of excavation.
Ensure vehicle movement is more than 2 m away from the edge of excavation.
Shoring shell be provided after 5 feet. And Vessel entry protocol after 4 feet of the excavation.
Ensure to provide Standardized access step ladder with guard rail system.
Use three contact points during acceding or descending the ladder.

No painting job to be done while hot jobs are in progress
All desired PPEs to be worn
No stepping on the piperak and piping while job execution.
No gaps/ unguarded openings b/w pipe rack and scaffolding platform.
All scaffoldings shall be certified by EPCL approved certified personnel
