I. RATIONALE:
MCHS teachers proposes to conduct. Community Outreach Services to serve the less
fortunate students of Mintal Comprehensive High School. In collaboration with the barangay
council represented by Brgy. Capt. Rey Amador M. Bargamento. Teachers would be
responsible to secure funds for whatever expenditures that may incur during the activity.

Objective:
This aims to serve MCHS students that are experiencing economic crisis ant other factors
affecting the lives of Filipino people, particularly the marginalized.
Expected Output:
- Accomplishment/narrative report and beneficiaries’ attendance, which will be attached
after the said activity.

RULES:
1. Students voluntarily assist the committee during the preparation.
2. Students does cook with the teachers.
3. Service is only one hour.
4. Gods presence is asked before the feeding begin.
5. Everybody collaborates to clean before going.
6. Everybody volunteers to wash their own plates.
7. Picture taking is necessary for documentation
8. Closing prayer for blessing not only the committee but the program of free lugaw service..
