'Nay Aalis Na Ho Ako - Sabayang Pagbikas
'Nay Aalis Na Ho Ako - Sabayang Pagbikas
● There are parts which have a student and mother speaking in first person. Depending on your venue you
can either say these lines together as a whole group or assign students which will embody those parts and say
them alone to put emphasis on the dialogue parts.
● The last line “‘Nay aalis na ho ako.” Is an implication of the student saying their last goodbyes. In this part
we strongly suggest that only one person says this part with a specially solemn tone.
● The piece is broken into 6 parts: Happy beginning, getting drained, spiraling down, hitting rock bottom,
calling out, and last goodbye. These parts have varying emotions and if you have any questions about the parts
and their assigned emotion, do not hesitate to ask our suggestions.
● The ending of this piece implies that the student* had killed themselves due to the feeling of hopelessness,
resignation, and loss of motivation to continue. We leave it to your discretion how to act this out and whether
to say it together or just one person says it.
● If there are any concerns, suggestions, or edits you want to make in the piece, please reach out to us. We will
address your concerns and we can work together to improve any part you found unsatisfactory.

“‘Nay, Alis na ho Ako.”
“RINGGG! RI–”
“TUT…TUT…TUT–”
