In the world today, the fashion industry has become an essential part of the rising debate

in the present world, including in Vietnam. It is widely debated whether the fashion
industry is harmful to society and the environment. Personally, I strongly agree that the
fashion industry has negative impacts on our planet. In the following essay, I will provide
some reasons supporting my arguments.
It is understandable why some people think that the fashion industry is very useful
and does not have any effects on society and the environment. The key rationale is that
fashion has become an essential part of our lives and makes a large return for our
country. That is not simply true in reality. First and foremost, The fashion industry has
used a lot of materials to provide their procedure so they have to cut a lot of trees and
release emission. As a result, it causes a lot of damage to the environment.
Another point is that there are a lot of people who waste their money to buy clothes.
This is because of the fact that they want to catch up the trend of the modern world so
some people are willing to buy anything that is hot on the internet and do not care about
their conditions. It causes harmful effects on our society in general and each individual.
To conclude, this essay argued that the fashion industry is harmful to society and the
environment. However, everything always has two sides, and this situation is no
exception. Therefore, We should use it in a wise way to take advantage of it but do not
cause any damage to society and the environment.
