1.0 Purpose
To define a procedure for the verification, storage and maintenance of customer
property provided for incorporation as part of the service.
2.0 Scope
This procedure applies to the site activities.
4.0 Responsibilities
4.1 The Site supervisor shall be responsible for the proper handling of
customer property at the site.
4.2 The Operations Manager shall be responsible for coordination and
delegation duties and activities.
5.2 In case of any damage or abnormalities noticed before the service started,
it shall be notified to the customer immediately to avoid over claim by the
customer.
5.3 If the customer’s area/equipment is not suitable for HVAC servicing, it shall
be notified to customer and the site supervisor shall decide whether to
proceed further or stop work.
5.4 During the HVAC service works, the site supervisor as well as the workers
are responsible to ensure safe service and no damage to the customer
property due to the service.

5.5 In case of any damage caused by the HVAC servicing works by company
service engineer or technicians, it shall be notified to the customer and
back office for further communication.
