III. PRIOR ART

This Game-based Instructional Material has been referred or adapted

from a YouTube video titled "Addition Machine." Recognizing the potential of

the original material, we embarked on a journey of innovation and

customization, infusing it with our unique enhancements and modifications.

These transformative adjustments were carefully crafted to align seamlessly

with our specific educational needs and objectives, thereby optimizing the

learning experience for our students.

Through a comprehensive analysis of the original material, we identified

areas where improvements could be made to enhance engagement, facilitate

comprehension, and cater to the diverse learning needs of our student

population. Drawing inspiration from best practices in educational pedagogy,

we integrated tactile elements, customized the dice, and refined the gameplay

mechanics to create a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Each enhancement was meticulously designed with the overarching goal of

maximizing the educational impact of the instructional material. By leveraging

innovative design elements and pedagogical strategies, we sought to create an

immersive and interactive experience that would captivate students' interest

and foster deeper learning outcomes.
