Trade –off : an exchang involving giving up one thing to get something

1. No price is fixed ,everything is negotiable: Không có giá cố định, mọi thứ đều có thể thương
lượng.

This is called haggling. When we buy any item, we can trade it for a price that we feel is a good
fit for the product.

Điều này được gọi là mặc cả. Khi chúng tôi mua bất kỳ mặt hàng nào, chúng tôi có thể giao dịch
với giá mà chúng tôi cảm thấy phù hợp với sản phẩm

2. Never accept anyone’s first offer : Không bao giờ chấp nhận bất cứ ai đề nghị đầu tiên

The first offer usually less useful benefits compare with the next one. the best decision is to
choose one of all the best offers.

3. Be tough, but pleasant: hãy cứng rắn, nhưng dễ chịu

4. Do not be afraid to shock with your first order: đừng cảm thấy sốc với những đơn hàng đầu tiên

I don't understand this sentence, but I think it wants to describe the fact that we should not be
happy or sad for the first order, it may affect the orders later.

5. Don ‘t just haggle about the price, negotiate the whole deal: Đừng chỉ mặc cả về giá cả, hãy
thương lượng toàn bộ thỏa thuận.

An agreement can involve lots of issues, as prices are only a part of the benefit, so let's not just
talk about fish prices.

6. It’s always easier to get extra goods than a lower price: Nó luôn luôn dễ dàng để có được hàng
hóa hơn so với giá thấp hơn.

The psychology of customers is the minimum price option. Therefore, the lower the price, the
easier it will be to get the product.

Do đó, giá càng thấp, càng dễ lấy sản phẩm.

7. Never say how much you can spend :Không bao giờ nói bạn có thể chi bao nhiêu

If you say how much you can spend, they will sell you something for the maximum price you said.
Nếu bạn nói bạn có thể chi bao nhiêu, họ sẽ bán cho bạn thứ gì đó với giá tối đa bạn nói.

8. When selling , pretend not to have total authority: Khi bán, giả vờ không có toàn quyền

Customers will feel satisfied when buying goods after negotiating with the total authority

9. Don’t be the first to make a concession : Đừng là người đầu tiên nhượng bộ

The first concession will make the partner feel the negotiation is worthless. for example when you
buy T-shirts, if the seller gives in to your first opinion. Are you wondering that you bought that
shirt more expensive than really value

10. Never just conplain, always try to get something in return: Không bao giờ chỉ cố gắng, luôn luôn
cố gắng để có được một cái gì đó trở lại

Trying is non-stop, many people give up after thinking that they have actually achieved
something. However, it can be lost if we do not continue, just like success, if we keep immersed
in it without trying, it will lose everything.
