I am Andrina, and I want to share my reasons for choosing a computer science major,

my background, education, work experience, and future career goals.

My journey into computer science is fueled by a passion for creating traditional

and cloud-native websites and applications. While I have a strong love for software
engineering, I'm also eager to delve into the realms of cloud computing, machine
learning, and distributed and parallel computing. I envision a career shift towards
becoming a well-rounded data engineer after completing my bachelor's degree,
followed by a journey into machine learning engineering after obtaining a master's
degree.

My educational history began at No. 7 Basic Education High School in Taungoo, where
I dedicated 11 years to my academic development. This journey laid the foundation
for my future studies. Subsequently, from 2020 to 2022, I pursued a diploma in
computing, which significantly enhanced my knowledge and skills in this field.

In the professional world, I had the privilege of gaining valuable experience. I

spent three months as an intern frontend developer and another three months as a
junior frontend developer at Blue Stone Solutions. During this time, I was involved
in the development and design of various websites and web applications. These roles
not only sharpened my technical skills but also provided practical exposure to the
challenges and opportunities within the industry.

I've made the decision to major in computer science at KMUTT for a number of
compelling reasons. In the area of computer science, KMUTT has a well-established
reputation for academic achievement. In addition, I am motivated by the KMUTT's
encouraging group of like-minded people and access to cutting-edge resources . My
goals are exactly in line with the university's dedication to developing innovation
and a comprehensive approach to education.

Looking ahead, I believe that a computer science major at KMUTT is the ideal path
to achieving my career ambitions. I envision myself as a well-rounded data
engineer, proficient in harnessing the power of traditional and cloud-native
technologies, data science, machine learning, and distributed computing. This
