Scenario:

At the beginning of the academic year, a high school conducts a survey to gather data
on the heights of its students for a research project on adolescent growth patterns. They
randomly select 100 students from various grade levels and demographics to ensure the
sample represents the entire student body.

Data and Results
A. Distribution
Insert here the results of your distribution including the tables and graphs. Give insight on
each table and graph.

It shows that the majority in the highschool conducted data or the respondents with tehir 100
respondent on their research has a height of 163-167 cm, where the least has a 153-157 and 188-
192 cm.
The computed class with is 4.375 that based on the computed 100 respondent on the highschool
research project.

The range shows that with the 100 students, its computed the relative frequencey where it tally to
zero , so that the commputed data was correct. And also the frequency sum with the total of 100
and the cummulative relative frequency was 1.

INSIGHT: Many of the students (53%) decreased between 163 and 177 centimeters, with a
considerable concentration (24%) between 173 and 177 centimeters, according to the relative
frequency distribution of height ranges among the students. Furthermore, the data indicates a
varied sample of teenage heights with a rather even distribution throughout the various height
levels. The height range, which spans from 153 to 188 cm, offers a thorough picture of the range
of heights among the students assessed.
B. Measurement of Central Tendency
Insert here the results. Give insights.

INSIGHT: The average height in the dataset is 170.84 centimeters, which is the mean height of the
students. With a median height of 171 centimeters, it can be inferred that half of the students in
the sample are either the same height or slightly less than 171 centimeters, while the other half
either the same height or slightly taller. The height that occurs most frequently in the dataset is
shown by the mode, which is also 171 centimeters

C. Measurement of Variability
Insert here the results. Give insights.
INSIGHT: The average difference of individual heights from the mean height of 170.84 centimeters
is indicated by the standard deviation (SD) of 6.55, indicating a considerable degree of variability
across the data points. The degree of dispersion in the dataset is further supported by the
variance of 42.95, which is computed using the square of the standard deviation. Furthermore,
the 35-centimeter range, which spans from 153 to 188 centimeters, emphasizes the range of
heights noted among the students and the variety of teenage growth trends in the sample.
