My Classroom Management Plan

Philosophical Statement
I will create classrooms clean, comfortable, safe and well ventilated, which fulfills my
students' dream of going to school, so that they can be recognized as students with unique skills
that they can do. They can express ideas and opinions without being judged, and there is a
sense of belonging in every corner of the classroom. I make sure that students can draw on
relevant knowledge whenever they have trouble with something, even if they don't.

Classroom Rules and Behaviors

To ensure the discipline of my students, I will establish classroom rules and procedures such
as:

 Raising hands for concerns and queries . To foster respect and a good attitude
 Passing of work properly . There is an order to follow the right system in passing
assignments or activities .
 Keep the classroom clean. Set of cleaners every week are responsible to exercise
cleanliness and a safe classroom .
 Remain silent when your teacher speaks.
 Stick to the seating arrangement.
 Use positive language.
 Remain alert at all times.
 Obey all school regulations.
 Have a good behavior

Teacher-Student Relationship

In order to maintain positive relationships with my students, I will treat them equally and
having also respect for my students. As a future teacher, I will have time to discuss progress
after assignments or tests. I use a variety of methods to give positive feedback to all students to
make them visible and motivated. Before class starts, I make sure to show my future students a
nice smile and have a joke ready in case they feel sad or upset. It's so simple, but it has a huge
impact on our bodies and how we look.

Schedules and Timeframes

Regarding the time and schedule, I prepare the list of classes based on the agreement between
the school and myself. I always have to consider my students and their perspectives. I make
every part of the lesson fun and interactive to keep my students engaged. I have to pay
attention to each student. I also have to consider their personalities and differences.

Classroom Structure, Design and Arrangements

I will provide materials that can help the development of my students in order to create a
conducive learning environment in my classroom. My class arrangements is based on the
activities needed for my class discussions. The environment is also good, removing
distractions and anything that might cause problems.
Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures
To ensure the safety of my students, i provide a first aid kit in case of emergency. For safety
reasons I impose certain rules, such as requiring students to sign a log every time they leave
the classroom. In addition, i know the contact information of parents or guardians in case of
emergency, and for the safety of the students, it is forbidden to leave the campus during class
hours.

Notice
After reading and reviewing the classroom/learning management plan from different
sources and creating your own plan, answer the following question.

1. What salient components have you noticed?

- As a future teacher, I must always be aware of each student and their needs. Discipline
and participation of both teachers and students are notable factors. A classroom
management plan is designed to hold students accountable for their behavior. The teacher
plays an important role in the success of teaching and learning.

2. Why is there need to utilize the information to create your classroom management plan?
- I believe it is necessary to use this information to create my own classroom management
plan because having a more effective option for students with different rules and
procedures will help me as a future teacher to create an effective classroom management
plan for different students.

3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing your
plan?
The most important thing I discovered in implementing my plan is that planning is the
key to a well-run and organized classroom. A classroom management plan helps students
focus on learning and understand what is expected of them. One of the main goals of this
plan is to create a conducive and effective learning environment.

4. Were there items in your classroom / remote learning management plan which were not
tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on this?

- No, and I believe that in order to improve, I should focus on the items that they will use
rather than those that will only be displayed in the classroom

Analyze
1. What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were mostly
followed/complied?

- The cleanliness of the classroom and the students' moral character were mostly followed;
respecting teachers and students, using positive language, and so on.

2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?

- Have a good behavior was the most difficult aspect of my plan to implement because
some students can’t control their behavior without the teacher.

Reflect

What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom/ remote learning
management plan?

- I realize that creating and implementing classroom management plan is important.

Classroom management is critical for any teacher in a successful learning environment. I
believe that students need to be guided and disciplined; students of this age must be
guided on the right path. They are capable of self-discipline, but they need to be shown
what the classroom rules are and what the teacher expects. I believe that students are
fundamentally good, but they are greatly influenced by the environment around them.
When they are busy teaching, they have no time to be bothered and need to be guided to
behave appropriately. Students need to feel that they are in a safe, nurturing and
supportive environment where they can learn.

Write Action Research Prompts

OBSERVE
1. The problems/ challenges I encountered in writing my classroom Management Plan is
that they are different from each other; some of them have individual differences like
culture, religion that may affect the Classroom Management Plan.

2. I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by proposing an action
research project on the subject. I believe it will also help if I consult my plan with other
teachers and solicit their feedback and suggestions.

3. Some strategies/solutions/means that I can employ to improve these
situations/problems by conducting action research on how to resolve this issue. In
addition, I will question my students about the issue and invite them to share their
thoughts and opinions. I will try to readjust and revise my strategy if necessary.
ACT
4. Based on my answers in nos. 1-3, the possible title of my action research on this episode

motivational activities in learning process.

4. What were the best features/areas for improvement of your lesson/learning plans?

- In my opinion, the best part of my lesson/learning process is the discussion section

where I can engage students in class discussion and even get them to participate. There
are also some learning exercises where students take on roles and participate in their own

REFLECT
Why is lesson planning an integral part of the instructional cycle?
- Lesson planning is an integral part of the learning cycle because it allows teachers to plan
in advance what they want students to learn, what teaching and learning activities they
will use and how they will check for understanding. It guides and prepares teachers. It
also allows teachers to focus on what they want from the lesson, what they want to teach,
and creates a timetable for what needs to be achieved.

I realized that as a teacher, I must prepare a lesson plan so that I am able to be guided on what I
have to in class. I also learned that the strategies, methods, and techniques used in lesson
planning must encourage engaging student-centered activities in order to promote higher learning
processes and ensure that students retain the lessons well. I also realized that creating a
lesson plan is essential because it serves as a road map for reaching your objectives. It serves
as a guide for completing the lesson objectives. Furthermore, the fact that lesson planning
entails pre-planning your lesson gives me confidence to discuss the subject. A lesson plan forces
you to predict when you will be able to finish the entire unit of your lessons and if you don't have
a lesson plan, you're planning to fail at delivering the lesson.

 Was students' response to formative assessment exercises favorable or unfavorable?
Why?
 It is favorable because the students respond well to the given assessment and the result
are good.
 Did the conduct of formative assessment and self-assessment affect student’s attainment
of learning outcomes? How?
 Yes, because they can now assess their learnings that they attained during the process of
