While in Attachment 2 its Auto start interlocking is discussed, HEI
to clarify please.

OE-MECH HEP to provide O&M manual of Fuel oil pumps and equipment
42. along with performance characteristics curves of pumps. These
curves hall be available at site during commissioning.
OE-MECH HEP to update Attached no 01 point no 06. CCCW pumps should
43. be changed to fuel oil pumps.

OE-MECH HEP to update Attached no 01 point no 06. CCCW pumps

HEP shall perform change over and trip test of Fuel Oil pumps
while the whole system is running.
OE-MECH Emergency push button functional test shall be done while the
45. pumps are in service.
OE-I&C Following points should also be included as checklist in (Prepare
46. conditions before system commissioning) and should be duly
signed by KE/OE before commissioning.
 Applicable ITP inspections are completed
 Preliminary punch list CAT ”A” points are closed
 Erection completion certificate (ECC) got signed
 IO list, trip alarm set points, cause and effect matrix,
control logic description provided to KE/OE.
 Instrument (including analyzers) calibration/functional
testing is witnessed by KE/OE and Instruments are pasted
with valid calibration sticker.
Related DCS graphics reviewed and approved by KE/OE.
OE-I&C For loop/functional testing of each field instrument i.e. valves,
47. transmitters, Analyzers etc. detailed procedure to be provided
and should be tested and offered for witnessing to KE/OE.
OE-I&C Trip Alarm set points, Interlock list, cause and effect matrix,
48. control logic description should be confirmed to be updated and
attached as annex. Also witnessing to be offered to KE/OE during
their testing.

OE-I&C Any changes in terms of I&C - Control have to take in
