SCOPE OF WORK - Cement Lining
The scope of shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
Cement Lining for Sea Water Header, 710-P-05 A/B/C Pipe Spool & Additional Flanges:
Corrective Works:
- Upon additional findings during TA provide quotes for additional
flanges requiring cement lining on a unit rate basis.
1) Contractor shall barricade the area and temporarily close the area for activity.
2) Contractor shall field verify all dimensions and elevations prior to start the
site activities.
3) Contractor shall arrange cement as per the per the requirement and
attached details.
4) Contractors shall arrange curing period for maximum of 48 hours
only as per the requirement.
5) All the materials and construction activities must be in accordance with
CLIENT engineering standard.
6) Contractor shall provide all necessary manpower with supervisors as
required.
7) Contractor shall provide materials, tools and equipment.
8) Contractors are expected to evaluate existing conditions and project
requirements based solely on provided drawings and documentation,
prior to submitting their bid for the stated scope of work.
9) Contractor shall provide complete project duration for cement lining
activity.
10) The site shall be progressively cleaned of works debris on a daily basis
with final cleaning prior to hand over.
11) Disposal of construction waste falls under the contractor’s scope of work.
12) Contractor shall comply with the CLIENT Engineering Standards
13) Contractor to provide the experience of last five years for having carried
out similar jobs.
14) Contractor to submit job safety analysis to CLIENT for review and
approval prior to execution.
15) Documents/Information/Drawings sent to Contractor during the entire
life cycle of the PROJECT must be verified physically with the site, in
case of difference, must be communicated to the advised contact person
and get instructions for corrected action.
