GOOGLE CLASSROOM
Open google.com & do your log in
Click on grid and find Classroom icon and clicks
on it
You will be on classroom page where you see your already created class.
Click on + icon and click on create class.
Check the box and click continue
Fill necessary details click on create
Now your class room is ready and you can share your class code to student.
If you are having e-mail of students in your address
book, you can directly invite students or you can share
class code to student and ask them to join
• Student can join the classes using class code.
• All students are link together with teacher.
• Teacher can post material, video lecture, share link,
upload Google drive link.
• Also can give assignment and evaluate same on Google
class room.

• YOU CAN DELIVER VIDEO LECTURE AND

INTERACT WITH STUDENTS.
• THIS CAN BE DONE USING YOUR SMART PHONE
WITH GOOD CAMERA AND ANDROID OS.
• Always advisable to use ear phone to have good
quality of sound.
• Open google.com
• Do your log in
• Open hangouts.google.com
• Following screen will appear..
• Click on video call icon.
Click on invite people and copy link to share

You can share the link to all students via mail or
whatsapp and ask them to join the class as per
your schedule

One all student join the class, you can share your
presentation by clicking on share screen icon.
Once you click, following screen will appear, there you
click on application window, all active window will
appera. Click on you PPT window and click on share
icon
You can stop sharing by clicking stop icon and
swap to live screen view .
Clicking of Red Phone icon You can terminate
the meeting.
HANGOUT MEETS
• Google.com
• Do your log in
Click on Calendar Icon
Click on date to be scheduled for online lecture
and also click on time slot.
Just click on add conferencing and then on
Hangout Meet
Now you have finished your hangout meet...
Congratulation Just Click on Join Hangout
Meet..You will be taken to meeting room
Click on Join icon here
Wait for a while for camera and sound to be
aligned to you.
Clicking on your meeting label, You will get
meeting information and link, meeting code and
dial up number and can be copied easily by
clicking copy icon
Click on Present Screen icon followed by click
on A Window
Select window to share and click on share icon.
Now you are presenting your screen to
meeting room.
By clicking on three dot, there are many functions for
making presentation more effective
You can do texting by using icon given on upper right
corner..
By clicking on Red Phone icon, you can
terminate your meeting.
