Conclusions of the evidence 7
 According to the results found and with its respective analysis we can conclude
 that people are not related to the properties that has the Hass avocado and h
ow much this product can contribute to their lives, not only giving them a prod
uct high in healthy fats, we also give a product that is delicious and that those 
imported from Colombia are the best quality, even so this does not remove tha
t people already know about this product and are related to it,
but they do not give the importance that it should have for their lives to be he
althy because we can see this product through dressings, salads and other very
 rich presentations which we can use instead of fried things or sometimes food
s such as cassava, potatoes and these types of foods that will not help you stay
 in good shape thus damaging the health of the consumer.
Thus we can know that it is very good to eat a portion of avocado hass daily, al
ways taking care of the excess use, of course. We also know that eating this fr
uit will certainly help a country like the United States,
because if we study U. S. society a little bit we can see that the United States 
will not soon escape the obesity crisis: almost 40% of adults and 19% of young p
eople are obese, the highest rate the country has seen for adults, according to
 research published by the U. S. Center for Health Statistics
support of the conclusions

 People are not willing to change their diet, so sometimes going from the good things that have to follow this lifestyle and as an example we have th
e avocado, a product that sometimes is undervalued in the nutritional aspect,
because we look only at its flavor and therefore not eating it more times a week, thus leading less healthy their lives. I also want to start creating ad
vertising and ways to teach people about the varieties and benefits of the Hass avocado, not only its edible products,
but also beauty products. Showing ways to consume more avocado without getting bored. My main goal is to help people change their meals and al
so for those who do not eat healthy create a series of products of avocado hass dressing, thus making a provocative presentation for this type of co
nsumer. This product has a great taste and can be accompanied by almost any type of food.
he country where the avocado will be imported will be the United States, a country that has many Mexican immigrants and also a large percentage 
of obesity, so it would be a good idea to convince people to change their way of eating.
