GUIDELINES FOR

THE ONLINE
EXAMINATION
1. The 1st Monthly Examination will take place
online using the platforms Facebook
Messenger, Google Meet and schoology.

2. Facebook Messenger will be used to give the

examination instructions; Google Meet for the
virtual meeting and schooloogy for the
examination.

3. To access the different online platforms,

Facebook and Google account should be
secured prior to the examination.

4. The examinees will go to

usant.schoology.com
5. Additional instructions will be given by the examiner
during the Google Meet virtual meeting specifically:

a) The examinees are advised to have their personal

necessities before the examination.
b) The examinees should be alone in a noise and clutter
free environment. Their audio and video should
ALWAYS BE ON while the examination is
ONGOING.
c)PARENTS OR OTHER PARTIES are NOT
ALLOWED to intervene DURING the examination
process.
d) Other electronic devices, reference materials, and
other things that can become medium for cheating are
banned. ONLY ONE gadget is allowed.
e) Gestures like sign languages and any other
suspicious form of communication is STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.
f) Admission time to take the online examination:
START: 7:30 AM
g) Latecomers will just answer the test using the
remaining time of the subject.
h) The examinees should always wait for the
examiner’s instruction.
