1. WARM-UP
-is performed before a
performance or practice. It
prepares the muscles for vigorous
actions. It prevents muscle cramps
and injury due to over exertion.
2. AEROBIC DANCE
-involves any kind of dance put to
music and can include everything
from Zumba (a Latin-
inspired dance aerobics) to hip-
hop dancing.
3. COOL-DOWN
-is an easy exercise, done after a
more intense activity, to allow
the body to gradually transition
to a resting or near-resting state.
