RESEARCH METHOD

Quasi-experimental will be applied on this


research where there are two strategies will be
used as the standard of comparison

Experimental class by using Self Feed-back Correction

Control class by using Lecture Method

Each class will give pre-test, 4 times for treatment,


questionnaire, and post test.

Population And Sample
Population

The population of this research is in


the eighth-grade student of SMPN 3
Parepare, there are two classes use as the
sample in the eighth grade. Each class
consists of 30 students. The total
numbers of eighth-grade student are 240
students.
Sample

The sample will be taken by


using cluster random sampling
with two classes as the sample.
Class VIII3 as the experimental
class and VIII6 as the control
class.
Procedure of Collecting Data
Pre Test
English speaking text that is
describe the animal

Post Test
English speaking text that is
describe the animal

Questionnaire
The questionnaire consists of 20
items about motivation. All of
them are positive item and the
questionnaire will give to the
student via Google Form.
Treatment
Descriptive text as material,
pictures, and Zoom Apk to teach
