• Some parents did not get the modules on the
scheduled time, thus it caused the delay in submitting
outputs.
• Some parents are the ones who answered the
modules based on the penmanship reflected in their
outputs.
• Some pupils got very low both in written and
performance tasks.
• Some learners have poor reading skills
• Some parents cannot facilitate learning at home due
to economic status and their educational background
• Some activities in the modules were not answered.
District Challenges and Action Taken
• Conducted conference with the concerned parents
who did not get the modules on the scheduled time
and make special schedule based on their
convenient time.
• Called the attention of the parents who answered
the modules and explain the consequences of their
actions.
• Limit the number of activities to be answered in
order for them to comply all the learning tasks.
• Made simplified learning tasks in the activity sheets
to learners who got very low grades
• Conducted home visitation to learners who do not
have potential learning facilitator at home
