Lesson designing and assessment are critically important to school
improvement focused on enhanced pupils learning outcomes. I am in a unique
position to influence the implementation of these guiding principles and to
affect the overall quality of teacher for professional development. One of the
primary tasks of my mandate is to create and maintain positive and healthy
