• Students fail in Filipino due to their waning interest to answer and pass their
module outputs. There is a consistent clamor from parents and guardians that
their children seem to be exhausted in answering their modules day in and day
out. This statement is supported by parents’ confession during the parent-
teacher dialogue that most of them could hardly find time in making follow up
with their children because they, too are very busy earning a living.
Unfortunately, there are also a number of parents who claimed that they know
nothing about the contents of the modules; hence, they cannot help,
whatsoever in their children’s tasks.
