Mobile Access has started a quick improvement study of CS congestion due to floor price change.

① BSC/RNC level : There is no issue

Risk points [Need vendor support for balancing activities]
② Cell level : Consider GSM half-rate[VAMOS setting] implementation if congestion is found

 MA activated VAMOS feature to improve the CS quality on 23 June 2022 : Batch 10 [14 congested cells]
→ Congestion & CS CSSR improved after VAMOS implementation with increase in traffic.
• CS congestion reduced by -45.8% (8.57% to 4.64%)
• CS CSSR improved by +6.0% (81.53% to 86.41%)
• CS Traffic increased by +1.6% (133.34 Erl to 135.52 Erl)
