Main requirements:
• There will be training for inexperienced candidates for around 1-2 weeks (10 days unpaid )
2-3 hours per day
• Training program
• There are MANDATORY IT Requirements as follows:
• 1-laptop must be windows 10 or 11 (mac pcs are not permitted ) , 8 GB ram , must have
stable and fast internet connection (min 8 mb download / 2 mb upload / ping must be
below 250 )
• 2-4G WIFI is not permitted (Fiber/DSL/Cable connection ONLY IE: cabled connection only)
• 3-vpn is not permitted
• 4-USB headset with noise cancelation (Logitech is recommended )
• 5-UPS (power supply for the router )
Working conditions :
• Working place must be quiet / comfortable.
• Working is from home.
• Working days: Monday – Friday .
• Working hours are 8.5 including 1 hour break
• Breaks are divided as follows: 15 min after the first 2.5 hours – 30 min after the second 2.5 hours – last but
not least 15 min after the last 2.5 hours
• Generally, you should not stay after the end of your specified shift. But you will be paid for the extra
minutes in the next case only
• Ex: If you receive a call before your shift end time, you will continue till the call is completed successfully
and then logout immediately after the call, But you can't stay after your end time with no call in progress.
• The client has the right to change the shift specially if the current shift isn't providing the targeted
Utilization..
• Utilization: is the total number of minutes during your calls divided by the total number of minutes you are
available and ready to get calls (The higher, the better)
Salary conditions:
• a As BOT and you are being paid for your available period, the same
we do when you are unavailable , So, any unavailable minutes,. hours
or days due to (technical issues, power outage. lateness „Etc.) are
unpaid except for sick notes under specific condition.
• ▪ As per our client, we are following the US Official Holidays which
will be unpaid days.
• Your salaries are delivered on the 10th of the month , and as BOT are
getting paid by the client after 30 days so you will get your salaries 40
days after the working month.
Resignation conditions
• In case of your resignation, we would be sadly accepting it but in order to
complete our journey professionally, you should follow the following process:
You will need to submit a notification email 30 days prior to your last working
day and you will follow all of the process and shifts normally till your last day.
• Then on the 10th of the next month, you will receive your normal salary and
on the next month of your resignation, you will get your final one for the
same reason of the client's payment condition .
• In case you don’t want to follow the notice period rule, this decision will make
BOT suffer sudden financial challenges So. you can leave but you will not
receive any remaining salary as it will be considered as compensation to
minimize these financial challenges .
