TYPE 1 – Present Real Conditional

First conditional is used in dealing with

things that are possibly or likely to happen in the
future.
It could be used to express predictions about
the future or to express future intentions or
possibilities.
 In this case, the verb in the subordinate
clause is in the present tense, and the main
verb in the main clause/independent clause is
preceded by “will” or another modal verb
(may or shall) + the infinitive verb.
Structure/Formula:
