Research Setting and Respondents
• The study will be conducted in the area where
floods occur due to poor drainage system
located at Poblacion East I, Aliaga, Nueva
Ecija, Philippines.
• The computed respondents of the study were the
selected population of Población East I and
participants from flood management office of
municipality of Aliaga, Nueva Ecija is to be
637 household and 4 flood management officers.

The instruments used are observation method and
interview method using questionnaire guide.
