Work Description

• 10th Floor – Pour 02– Slab shuttering &

Reinforcement work in progress.

• 10th Floor – Pour 01– Slab Completed

• 9th Floor – Pour 01 & 02 - Slab

Completed.

• Block work – The block work has been

completed up to the 3rd floor, and work
on the 4th floor is currently in progress.

• Internal Plastering - Ground floor

are completed.

• Toilet & Flat Flooring - Total 120no. Of flats out of 150

Work Description

has been reached up to the podium
level.

- The Totlot area has been reached up

• Infornt of WW T05 - The Totlot area has

begun to execute at the Cellar 03 roof
level.

Work Description

• OHT Wall shuttering and reinforcement in progress

• Block work – Completed.

• Internal plastering – The work has been completed

up to the 13th floor, and work on the 14th floor is
currently in progress.

• External Plastering – Completed (Except rectification

works).

• Texture works - Completed texture up to the 1st floor

(from top to down).

• Internal 1st coat putty works – from 2nd floor to 7th

floor 1st coat putty works has been completed.

Tower-6: Above Terrace Works & Finishing works in progress.

 East Wing – Tower 5
Work Description

• OHT Wall shuttering and reinforcement in

progress

• Block work – Completed

• Internal plastering – Completed up to 13th floor ,

14th floor is in progress.

• External Plastering – The flat numbered 03

require external plastering to be done on their
external face.

• External Texture - The flat numbered 03 require

external texture to be done on their external
face.

Work Description

• 7th Floor – Pour 01 slab concrete casting

work completed.

• 6th floor – Pour 01, 02, & 03 slab concrete

casting completed.

Work Description

• 11th floor – P01 & P02 Slab casting works are

completed.

• Block Work – Work on the Ground floor to 5th

floors is currently in progress.

• Internal Plastering - – Work on the Ground

floor to 2nd floors is currently in progress.

Tower-3: Above 11th floor structural and Finishes works in

progress.
 East Wing – Tower 2
Work Description

• 4th floor - Pour 01 Slab concrete casting

work completed.

• 4th floor – Pour 02 slab shuttering &

Reinforcement work in progress.

• 3rd floor - Pour 01 & 02 Slab concrete

casting work completed.

Tower-2: 4th floor & Above structural works in progress.

 East Wing – Tower 1
Work Description

• The foundation work is currently in progress,

including P.C.C (Plain Cement Concrete) and
R.C.C (Reinforced Cement Concrete) footing
works.

• Column reinforcement and shuttering work in

progress at cellar 04 level.

Tower-1: Foundation P.C.C and R.C.C works in progress

 East Wing – TOT LOT and Clubhouse area
Work Description

• East Wing Clubhouse – Excavation of the

West portion of the east wing clubhouse
is in progress.

• Totlot Area – The Totlot area has reached

the podium level/final level.

• EW Clubhouse – P.C.C for foundation

works in progress.
