which I have collected for our Practical Research I. What visual
media am I going to use?

2. We were tasked to submit an output that uses dialog and B. Video

You will be grouped with three members each. Your task is to
create a draft of the visual media assigned to your group based on
the situation. Use the rubrics as your guide in your task:

EVALUATION

Directions:
Still in your group, you are going to create a draft of
visual media (infographic, graph or chart). Follow the
instructions listed in the GRASPS to accomplish the
task.
These are the data you collected through interview:
Reasons behind absenteeism No. of responses
Child labor/work 12
Loss of Interest 4
Social Anxiety 2
Lack of parental support 6
Online gaming addiction 10
G Your task is to create a draft of informational and recommendation report on the
reasons behind absenteeism of some Grade 11 students you gathered earlier through
visual/graphic forms.
R You are a teacher at Herminio G. Nicolas High School who was concerned about the
frequent absences of some of your Grade 11 students, who wish to seek technical
assistance from your school head to help you plot solutions on this problem.
A You are going to let your school head know about the prevalent reasons of
absenteeism of Grade 11 students to help you formulate solutions in order to resolve
this problem.
S The task involves creating visual media of your choice (infographic, graphs/charts)
with data interpretation to formally present your concern to your school head using
only a pencil/pen and bond paper.
P A. Decide on which visual media you are going to use to present your data
(infographic, graphs or charts.)
B. Using your readily available data, create a visual media of your choice
(infographic, graphs or charts).
C. Discuss the infographic, graph or chart in one paragraph with two sentences:
• Your first sentence must elaborate the numbers shown in your infographic,
graph or chart.
• Your second sentence must enumerate the possible interventions/solutions to
address the prevalent problems stated in your infographic, graph or chart.
S Your product must meet the following standards:
• Data is accurately presented using the selected visual media (infographic, graph or
chart).
• Discussion or interpretation well elaborates the data.
• Interventions/solutions listed must be aligned with the prevalent problems shown
in the graph.
• Discussion is written using the formal or academic language.
