MOTIVATION

Motivation is a psychological state or force that drives a person to take action,

pursue goals, or exhibit certain behaviors.
INTRINSIC MOTIVATION: This type of motivation comes from within oneself,
driven by personal enjoyment, satisfaction, or a sense of purpose. It involves
engaging in an activity for the sheer pleasure and fulfillment it brings.
Intrinsic motivation refers to the internal drive or personal desire that leads an
individual to engage in an activity for its own sake, without the need for external
rewards or pressures. It is driven by personal enjoyment, satisfaction, curiosity,
or a sense of purpose. People experiencing intrinsic motivation find fulfillment
and pleasure in the process of the activity itself, making it inherently rewarding.
This type of motivation often leads to sustained interest, creativity, and a deeper
level of engagement with the task at hand.
