This study aims to assess students' and supervisors' perceptions of an on-the-job training program at the Philippine National Police in Calatagan, Batangas in order to provide recommendations for improving the program. The researchers will survey 24 students and 5 supervisors using quantitative methods. They seek to understand perceptions of the training from both groups and determine if their assessments differ significantly. The goal is to propose inputs for enhancing the Bachelor of Science in Criminology program's on-the-job training plan.

research method. This study uses a descriptive research design where data will be collected through the descriptive survey method. Quantitative data and questionnaires will be utilized for the target respondents. Perceptions of On-TheJob Training among Students’ and Supervisors at the Philippine National Police in Calatagan, Batangas.The study population includes a total of twenty-four (24)students who undergo On-the- Job Training programs at the PNP and five (5) supervisors responsible for guiding the students’ training.
