The study generally aims to assess the students’


and supervisors’ perceptions of the On-the-Job
Training at the Philippine National Police in Calatagan,
Batangas with the end goal of providing inputs for the
enhancement of the Bachelor of Science in
Criminology Program's On-the-Job Training Plan.
Specifically, it seeks answers to the following
questions:

1) What is the assessment of the student-respondents
relative to the perceptions of the On-the-Job Training at
the Philippine National Police in Calatagan, Batangas?

2) What is the assessment of the supervisor-respondents


relative to the perceptions of the On-the-Job Training at
the Philippine National Police in
Calatagan, Batangas?

3) Is there a significant difference as regards the
assessment of the two groups of respondents relative to
their perceptions of the On-the-Job Training at the
Philippine National Police in Calatagan,Batangas?

4) Based on the results of the study, what inputs for the


enhancement of the Bachelor of Science in Criminology
Program's On-the-Job Training Plan may be proposed?

Research Design
Research Design

This study will employ the Quantitative-Descriptive


research method. This study uses a descriptive research
design where data will be collected through the
descriptive survey method. Quantitative data and
questionnaires will be utilized for the target respondents.
This survey method will be used to assess the Students’
and Supervisors’ Perceptions of the On-The-Job Training
at the Philippine National Police at Calatagan, Batangas.

This research study aims to investigate the


Perceptions of On-TheJob Training among Students’
and Supervisors at the Philippine National Police in
Calatagan, Batangas.The study population includes a
total of twenty-four (24)students who undergo On-the-
Job Training programs at the PNP and five (5)
supervisors responsible for guiding the students’
training.
