Why is it important??

1. Look at what you’ve  easy to lose confidence ---> believe
already achieved haven’t achieved anything
 make list of what you’re proud of

 use it to remind yourself of
awesome stuff you’ve done
2. Think of things  everyone --->strengths and
you're good at talents
 recognising what you’re good
at, trying to build on those things
--> help you build confidence in
your own abilities
3. Set some goals  set some goals, set out steps -->
to achieve them
 not have to be big goals
 aim for some small achievements
--> to help you gain confidence in
your ability
4. Talk yourself up  never be confident --> negative
commentary running through
your mind
 think about self-talk, how that
might affect your self-confidence
 treat yourself like you would
your best friend and cheer
yourself
5. Get a hobby  try finding ---> you’re really
passionate about
 could be photography, sport,
knitting or anything
 when already worked out your
passion ---> commit yourself to
giving it a go
 you’re interested or passionate -->
more likely to be motivated, build
skills more quickly
