 AUREO BEACH RESORT
EXPERIENCE:
The place is very nice and
clean, love the sunset view by
the beach or by the pool. The
rooms are child friendly and
love the veranda.
The restaurant is simple but
functional, we enjoy the
morning sun while having
buffet breakfast.
SUGGESTION/RECOMMENDATION
I Suggest that they should
retrain their
Staff because sometimes they
don’t understand their guest
and also they must do the guest
request if there is .
NEGATIVE PART:
front desk communication
was just poor. They are lost in
terms of communication and
commitment. When we
checked in we asked if we can
have late check out since it was
a special day for us and the
front desk said she will ask the
Management. after awhile they
call back and confirming it
was approved then the day
after they called and said we
need now to check out within
the time. I informed them that
the management have
approved our request but the
lady was lost and telling that
nothing was endorsed. And the
way she speak was impolite it
feels like its all business for
them.

NEGATIVE PART:
EXPERIENCE:
Oddly they don't play
My first time at
any music so the
Santouka and it was
atmosphere is not what
excellent ramen. They
you would call

romantic.

restaurants but what SUGGESTION/RECOMMENDATION:
they offer is good. And I suggest or recommend that they
the the staff were should put music on the resto to
relatively friendly and change the vibe or to feel the chill
efficient. while eating ramen .
 Azure Urban Resort Residences
EXPERIENCE :
The room was clean and had
complete amenities. We had a
beach/pool view which was really
cool and a parking space nearby
Mhel, the unit manager, is very
accomodating and nice. The
"beach" is the highlight of the
place, really well-suited for kids,
with a wave pool starting from
10am. The playground will also be
a hit for sure for the
toddlers.Didn't get to try the
restaurant but food at the bar was
ok.
NEGATIVE PART :
I have very high expectations
seeing the facilities on the
outside. Unfortunately i was
dissapointed.
You need to line up before you
can swim. I have loose interest
in swimming because of that.
Staff seems not bothered by the
very long line.
SUGGESTIONS/
RECOMMENDATION :
The Resort staff needs training on
customer service and how to
respond/handle concerns.
