Writing: We have begun working on opinion (persuasive) writing. Their papers must include an introduction, details to support their opinions, and a conclusion. Math: We will work on counting money using word problems that present different amounts of coins. This is a brief unit as money is a unit that is covered deeper in the 4th quarter. Social Studies: We will study Martin Luther King, Jr. and his contributions. We will look at how this relates to the need for laws.

Bizzy spent the break withme!! I wonder who he will go home with this weekend.
