    What Were Learning Reading: We will work on identifying how characters respond to problems. Spelling Words: men, tell, great, water, read, clerk, hear, peer, heard, learn Writing: We will revisit writing narratives. We have also been working with root words and will learn about prefixes.

    April 1st Reading Logs due

    Math: We will revisit adding more than two addends. Social Studies: We will continue to learn about Jimmy Carter and his contributions.

    *Dont forget to sign your childs planner and behavior log nightly! *Encourage your child to look at the moon and record it on their Moon Calendars! It is important that they are actually observing it, not you.

    Common Core Tip of the Week When your child is reading at night, have them stop and write the main idea of what they just read on a sticky note. They could do this for every few pages.
