Items Needed to Celebrate Valentines Day

1. Please allow your child to decorate a box at home to put their friends Valentines in from school. Boxes need to be completed and brought to school no later than Monday, February 11th. -Please put a slit in the top for cards to fit in -Your childs name needs to be on the box -Please allow them to decorate them by themselves as much as possible -Some ideas for decorating are hearts, glitter, stickers, real candy, or even a theme related box like shiny, favorite fairy tale character, colorful, silliest, sweetest, etc. 2. We will be graphing candy hearts in our Math Journals. -Please send in one small box of candy hearts for your child no later than February 4th. 3. Please send in 22 Valentine cards to school no later than February 11th. -Please have all cards in envelopes with Classmates names written on the envelopes. Letting your children address their friends cards would be a wonderful learning activity for you and your children to do at home together. -I have placed a class list on the back.
