Job Description: Fund Connect Partners (or, Fund Specialists)

Initiate contact with identified distribution partners and investors to familiarize them with Principal focus products and other relevant information to ensure engagement and visibility through centralized and streamlined communication program Schedule meetings and events with mapped Relationship Managers through e-storm tool for execution and tracking to ensure sales discipline Coordinate with operations and customer service team to ensure timely processing of IFA requirement including transactions and service request Pro-actively tackle queries and issues to ensure positive experience for the IFA Document Solicited and unsolicited feedback with respect to product, processes and service matters and forward to supervisor in pre-defined format for management review. Articulate the feedback in the provided format to management for analysis and action Promptly arrange for fulfilment of service and material requests of the IFA Perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements:
Qualification B.Com / MBA (finance) / B.Com and equivalent should be with minimum of 2 years of experience in similar field & MBA (finance) with one year. Sound knowledge of Capital Markets Good communication skills with interpersonal skills Should be AMFI certified Good at MS Office
