Communication/Mana Zhara is very confident in both English and her home language. Zhara enjoys Arabic and challenging herself with the correct pronunciation as modelled by T. Huda.

Exploration/Mana Aotroa Zhara often explores morals, feelings and role through dramatic play. I can see her strategies becoming more complex with time.

Zhara is getting closer to transitioning to primary school, therefore we will continue to support this through her involvement in school readiness sessions. With her observed interest in Arabic and Islamic education we will foster this as it will not come from her primary school. Her mother has suggested we teach wadu and prayer daily which we are trialling.
