I. KHI QUT V VN TI
1. Khi nim vn ti
Theo ngha rng, VT l mt quy trnh k thut nhm di chuyn v tr ca con ngi v vt phm trong
khng gian.
Theo ngha hp (di gic kinh t), VT l s di chuyn v tr ca hnh khch v hng ho trong khng
gian khi tho mn ng thi 2 tnh cht: l mt hot ng sn xut vt cht v l mt hot ng kinh t
c lp.

3. Phng tin vn chuyn
a. Khi nim: Tu bun l nhng tu bin c dng vo mc ch KT trong hng hi (l nhng tu ch hng v
hnh khch v mc ch thng mi.

Tn tu (Ship name): C th l danh t, k hiu ring do ch tu t v phi c cc ng kim chp

chuyn ch nhn hng ch ti cng xp hng cho n khi
giao hng ti cng d hng.
Ngi chuyn ch coi nh nhn hng ch t khi anh ta nhn
hng t:
o Ngi gi hng hay ngi thay mt ngi gi hng.
o Mt c quan c thm quyn hay bn th 3 khc m theo
lut hay qui nh ti cng xp hng, hng ha phi giao qua
ngi ny.
Ngi chuyn ch coi nh giao hng khi:
o giao cho ngi nhn hoc

Theo ngha rng, VT HK l tp hp cc yu t kinh t-k thut, nhm khai thc vic chuyn ch bng
my bay mt cch c hiu qu.
Theo ngha hp, VT HK l s di chuyn ca my bay trong khng trung, hay c th hn l hnh thc vn
chuyn hnh khch, hng ho, hnh l, bu kin t mt a im ny n mt a im khc bng my
