• Attendance: 10%
• Mid -term exam: 20%
Carriage contract: charterer (thue tau) - carrier - consignee
• Final exam: 70% Shipper (send the cargo) - Carrier - Consignee (receive cargo)

(1) VN xuất khẩu nhiều nhất electronic machine (từ khi có Samsung đầu tư), footwear (đứng nhì thế
giới), furniture (đồ gỗ), fish (nhiều năm trước ko xuất khẩu cá được vì transportation hạn chế, giờ có
thêm container và vessel phù hợp để vận chuyển frozen cargo -> vận tải qte đã thay đổi cơ cấu hàng
hóa xuất khẩu của VN. Về mkt structures, thanks to int transportation mà đã vận chuyển thêm được
tới nhiều nước xa thay vì chỉ các nước láng giềng

Muốn tăng Q thì giảm L, nhưng khoảng cách giữa 2 nước ko thay đổi được, P1, P2 cũng ko dễ thay đổi -> phát

If the freight when signing the carriage contract is expected to rise -> should not fight for
trans when signing the sales contract
