Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)
Speaking and listening:
Task 1:
Tell students a story.
Read the story loudly with acting.
Whole class activity:
Students will follow teachers reading to improve their listening, then can act the
story and sing it.
(The story is kind of rhyme)
Task 2:
Reviewing the story.
Whole class activity
- Choose some students to stop in front of the class.
- Tell students to the events in the board according to the picture.
Groups work (small group activity1)
Listen to rhyme
Materials:
Paper, pencil
Instructions:
Keep students as small group.
Give each student a paper then open the recorder.
Child will listen to the specific word then he/she put a circle on it.
They will continue working until circling all the words.
They will continue working until finishing all words of preposition that learned
then switch the role.
