Dear Parents
BIG WALK
Our main fundraiser for the year! Wednesday, 15 June.
The walk will commence at 9am for the Senior Phase. Foundation
Phase learners will follow on at 9.30am. Parents and extended
family may join us for a fee of R10. Parents may pay and wait in the
Waiting Area for the walk to start.
Please send your child to school with a water bottle to drink water
along the walk. All learners MUST wear their House Colour T shirts
and blue jeans.
School will close at 12h00 after the Big Walk. Enjoy the long weekend.
All Big walk forms must be handed in by Monday, 13 June.
Wacky Winter Civvies
Friday, 10 June. Learners may wear their winter woolies and
donate a packet of soup or a blanket for the poor.
Report Evening
Thursday, 23 June at 5pm7pm.

We have enlisted

JMPD to monitor
the traffic outside
the school and all
un roadworthy
vehicles / transport

Cell Phones
Parents, please do not send your child to school with a
cell phone. These phones are been stolen by other
learners. This is creating unnecessary problems.
Learners who have to bring a cell phone to school can
hand it in to the office and collect after school. Cell
phones are confiscated by the teacher, if the learner is
caught playing with it during lesson time.

New Sharonlea Jersey

The new jersey has stripes on the collar
similar to that of the boys socks and the quality of the jersey
is much better. Please purchase at Honeydew drapers and
Constantia.
It will not stretch and look tatty after a few washes. These can
be purchased at Honeydew Drapers and Constantia.
