Mohd Shariff Matric: 214928 Subject: SBLE 1053 Effective Communication Skill (K1) NOW AND THEN My name is Khairel Asheraf. Im 23 years old and now I study at UUM taking Bachelor of Media Technology. I started to enter UUM on 2nd October 2011. In here Im good but a lot of thing I need to manage like time to go to class, having activity at residential hall, when to wash my clothes. It is very independent because far from my family. In here I have a lot friends in my residential and class. They are from Kelantan, Johor, Selangor, Kedah, Perlis, Sabah and one of my friends is from Indonesia. All people in here is friendly but the culture in here a bit different than my previous studies. I dont know what the different it is; maybe in here have Chinese and Indian. In here I had taken bus to class and need to do lot of activity if I want to stay at my residential. This was my first time far from my family because before this I just study at Gombak, Selangor since I was childhood until I had taken Diploma in Business Administrator in my previous studies at International Islamic College. In my previous studies I had join Teakwando Club. Its very college because it surrounding with Islamic environment maybe because the title or maybe because the rule and regulation at there. In this college all the female student need to cover their aurat to study at here. I stayed at rent house in Pangsapuri Sri Batu near with college. I have 4 housemate which is have different attributes but all of them is very caring person. In weekend, I spent my time at

my parents house because it also at Gombak. I also have a lot of friend at here because it just have one building and easy to make a friends. One more things, I had learn from my studies now and then. It is the changing environment, not all the place is same.
