Role: Office support - SIEL Bleu Ireland What's Involved? SIEL Bleu Ireland is a newly founded non-profit organisation with the aim of offering physical activities for older people in nursing homes, day care centres and community settings. *Book-keeping, administrative support, invoicing, updating internal scheduling tool Where: 1 Richview Office Park, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14 When: 3 hours on one day a week Role: 65 Roses National Awareness Week - Cystic Fibrosis Ireland What's Involved? Cystic Fibrosis Ireland '65 Roses National Awareness Week' is fast approaching & we need YOUR help. '65 Roses National Awareness Week' is one of our most important fundraising initiatives. We need volunteers to sell our emblems at shopping centres throughout the country. Where: Nationwide When: 12th-19th April Role: Computer Literacy/Career Preparation Tutors - Liberties Community Training Agency What's Involved? The centre caters for people between the ages of sixteen and twenty-one who have left school without enough qualifications to progress their career and are now developing their skills at the basic level on the FETAC ladder of qualifications. *We need a volunteer to work with us for six to eight hours each week to enhance the work we are doing in both Computer Literacy and Career Preparation at FETAC Level 3. Where Oliver Bond Street, Dublin 8 When: A couple of hours a week Role: Mac Tech Support - SWICN Computer Clubhouse What's Involved? We would like someone to change settings, upload software and create a firewall on five of our iMacs. We would also like them to network the iMacs and MacBooks to the printer. Where: Rainsford Street, Dublin 8 When: 6 to 10 hours total Role: Hospitality Volunteer - Crosscare What's Involved: Crosscare Refugee Service works with asylum seekers and refugees, assisting them with their health, immigration, education and housing issues. The role will be to meet and greet visitors, make tea and coffee for them and engage in general conversation. Where: Sackville Place, Dublin 1 When: 4 hours (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) on Fridays Role: St. Patrick's Festival Volunteers - St. Patrick's Festival What's Involved: The St. Patricks Festival is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated volunteers to help with the organisation of the Festival. We require Production Assistants; Artist Liaisons; Administrative Assistance; Stewards; Float Crew and Event Coordination Assistants. Where: Dublin City Centre When: 14th - 18th March 2013 Role: Horticultural Volunteers - Enable Ireland What's Involved: Experienced horticulturalists or those with a great interest in horticulture needed to work in the Enable Ireland Avenue Garden Centre, Sandymount Dublin 4. This would suit a local person from the area. Where: Sandymount, Dublin 4 When: preferably 1-2 days a week. Role: Green Nose Day Volunteer - ARC Cancer Support What's Involved: Help ARC Cancer Support sell Green Noses on Saturday, 9th of March outside the AVIVA Stadium before the Ireland v France rugby match. Where Environs of AVIVA Stadium When: 12.30-16.45PM on Saturday 9th March
