sort 4 in Words their Way for the letters W, L, J and K. They also
brainstormed words that start with the letters W and L. We
played many fun literacy games to help students learn initial letter
sounds
IPC- For IPC, we discussed the celebration of Halloween!
Writing- This week students worked on their handwriting
skills and forming letters correctly. They practice writing letters
and also their names. The students also wrote in their writing
journals. They had to draw and write about their weekend plans,
what their costumes for Halloween were, and what they will do
over break. They also worked on morning work to help with their
fine motor skills and reading skills.
Math- For math, we worked on number 7 and 8 and in
chapter 2. We played many math games during math center time
to help with counting. We finished making our math-haunted
