1 ALL current circuits of all bays and equipments must be
reviewed and checked .All current circuits and terminal blocks
screws must be good tightened. The (short and isolate-single
earth point-CT ratio) must be according to schematic drawing.
2 All test formats must be checked and signed by SNCC, WPOE and
RAECo engineers.
3 Final trip test activity test format must be checked.
4 All (closing, tripping, alarm, voltage, SCS, communication, etc.)
circuit terminal blocks screws must be good tightened.
5 All VT circuits MCBs closed. Fuses in place. All voltage circuits in
Synch System (SS) must be reviewed and terminal blocks screws
must be good tightened.
6 All supplies to protection, control, switchgear,etc.,are normal.
7 No abnormal relay targets, alarms, SCS indications.
8 All relays have approved settings applied and have been fully
tested and are in service.
9 All alarm relay settings are finalized and the relays are locked.
10 Relays that have a backup battery for memory storage have their
batteries installed and the temporary battery covers removed.
11 All relays time and date settings are correct and reviewed.
12 All protection equipment is properly labelled.
13 All fire/smoke alarm systems are fully tested and in service.
 14 All earthing systems are fully tested and in service.
15 All SCS systems are fully tested and in service.
16 All necessary fire fighting equipment is on site and accessible
without obstruction.
17 Confirm all men and tools are clear of equipment to be energized
and that all personnel are aware of the pending Energization.
