We Confirm your verbal instruction given on which was as follows :

Due to the heavy rain, the soil was washed out from Ch.13+200 cutting area. And it caused lots of muddy and sludge
accumulated on already filled RUC4 surface at Ramp E 0+150 to 0+230. To expedite the work progress of embankment at
the rainy season, both of us inspected the site, and agreed to clean the muddy and filling rock to a certain level to decrease
the affection of water, keep stability of the deep excavated slope and guarantee the embankment quality. And also quickly
filling the deep excavation area can help us solve the public complain from nearby house owner.
